We're so glad you said yes. This isn't just a vacation — it's the trip you've maybe been saying "someday" about for years, and you don't have to do it alone.
Over ten days we'll walk where the early church walked, swim in impossibly blue water, share long dinners, get in the Word together, and make the kind of friendships that don't end when the plane lands. We take care of the planning and the community so you can simply show up, explore, and be present.

From ancient streets and biblical sites to seaside dinners and sunset boat rides. Here's the shape of our ten days together.
Fly into Athens International. We'll head into the city together and gather for our welcome dinner — the first of many.
A day trip to the ancient ruins of Corinth: the Temple of Apollo, the Agora, and the Bema, with views of the Acrocorinth. We'll stop at the breathtaking Corinth Canal on the way back.
Explore the Parthenon and Mars Hill, where Paul addressed the Athenians, before we head to the island of Crete.
We'll base in the south for a few days: Preveli Palm Forest Beach, Kourtaliotiko Waterfall, a private sunset boat tour, and plenty of unhurried time to connect with the group.
Cruise to Gramvousa island and the famous Balos Lagoon — one of Crete's most spectacular spots. If time allows, we'll sample ancient wine varietals and Cretan culture at Manousakis Winery on the way to Chania.
An open day for a potential service project or time with a local church, where we can connect, serve, and learn about the needs of the community.
Attend a local church, connect with believers at a coffee-shop ministry, explore old-town Chania, and gather for a farewell dinner at a traditional Cretan restaurant.
One last Cretan breakfast and our "see you laters." The trip ends at Chania International Airport (CHQ).
You're responsible for your airfare to the start and from the end of the trip. Once your flights are booked, submit your details using the form below so we can coordinate arrivals, transfers, and welcome logistics.
Tip: don't book flights until your spot is confirmed. Aim to arrive on Sept 5 and depart on Sept 14. We'll share a flight-booking guide with recommended arrival windows.
September in Greece is warm and sunny with beach days — think breathable layers for exploring ruins and something to throw on for seaside dinners. A full packing list follows about 30 days out.

A few things to take care of before September so everything feels smooth.
Make sure it's valid for at least six months beyond our travel dates. Renew now if it's close.
Into Athens (ATH), out of Chania (CHQ) — then submit your details through the flight form.
The Waiver & Liability and Media Release forms are sent after registration and must be completed before departure.
Strongly recommended — choose a policy that covers trip cancellation and medical emergencies.
Accommodation is generally a shared room with individual twin or full-size beds (shared rooms, not shared beds). Private rooms may be available on request for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Two meals a day are included, along with all group activities. You'll have freedom to explore local cafés and treats on your own for the rest — gelato and Greek coffee highly encouraged.
Faith is woven in naturally — time in the Word, worship, reflection, and honest conversation, plus visits to biblical sites like Corinth and Mars Hill. It's meaningful without being rigid or overly churchy. Come as you are.
In short: 60+ days before departure, a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit and fees; 30–59 days, a 50% refund; less than 30 days, no refund. Bookings may be transferred to another person with 30 days' notice (a transfer fee may apply). To cancel, email hello@travelherco.com in writing.
It's not required, but strongly recommended. Look for a policy that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, and other unforeseen circumstances.
